Recipe For Keto Tomato Avocado Cucumber Salad

- 2 large Hass avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and cubed
- 6 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 2 cups cucumber, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1In a small bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk to well combined.2In a large bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh dill, and fresh parsley.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
If you cannot deal with the flavor of the dill, replace it with your favorite one. Enjoy!
