  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar for paleo)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp mustard powder


1In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Whisk until smooth.2Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes, until the ketchup gets thickens to your liking; stir occasionally. Adjust seasonings if needed.3Pour ketchup into a food processor, blend for at least 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
If you do not puree the ketchup, skip this step. It still tastes good.
