  • 2 cups sliced jicama (about 1 small)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sea salt into a medium pot of water. Bring to a boil.
Carefully add jicama pieces in the pot and boil for 10 minutes. Drain in colander.
