  • 2.5 pounds salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 lemons, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper



Start your coals then spread them on one side of your grill for indirect heat grilling.

2Thread cubed salmon and sliced lemons onto two bamboo skewers each in an alternating fashion. 3In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter, mustard, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour some of the butter over each kebab; reserving some for basting while grilling.4Oil the grates of a grill, then place the kebabs away from the fire. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally until the fish is cooked through.5Remove and serve immediately.
