Ingredients

  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 oz ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered Swerve sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream room temperature

Method

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in 30 seconds until smooth; stirring in between. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in powdered sweetener and cocoa powder until well combined.

Add chocolate and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Add cream (a few tablespoons at a time) until it get desired consistency.
