- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 16 ounces riced cauliflower
- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 3 cups grated cheddar, divided
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.2Bring a pot of lightly saltwater to boil. Parboil the cauliflower and broccoli for a few minutes. Drain thoroughly. 3Heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat.
