  • 8 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced almonds
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar


1In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, cheddar, onion, almonds, and bacon. Stir to combine and set aside.2In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and vinegar. Stir well.3Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and stir well to coat.4Serve immediately.
