  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein with MCTs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 5 walnuts


1Halve the avocado and remove the meat. Pre-crush walnuts.2Place all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.3Pour into Transfer to a tall glass or milkshake container. Serve.
