    - In this video we're going to take a look at how we can create custom Views here in Mojo Helpdesk and modify existing Views. From the administrative end of Mojo, all of our Views are located in the bottom left corner. So we can see we have All Tickets, Closed Tickets, Rated Tickets, and Tickets that are older than five days. Now if I click on All Tickets, I mentioned earlier in the course that this actually only shows us all tickets that were created from my account. So any ticket that was created by a different user is not currently being displayed in my list. So first, let's modify this All Tickets View so we're actually viewing all tickets within Mojo and then we'll go ahead and we'll create our own custom View. To modify Views in Mojo, we need to mouse over the Views section in the bottom left corner, and then we can click on the pencil icon. This takes us to a screen where we can view all of our current Views and we can modify, delete, and add new ones from here as well. So the…
