I'd like to share a couple of additional resources that you can use to find out more information on Mojo Helpdesk. The first two areas are right within Mojo Helpdesk. If you click on the wrench icon in the top right corner, there's a link that says Help using Mojo, and there's a link that says How-to videos. If you click on the Help using Mojo link, it brings you to their own knowledge base, so you can review the different articles below. And guess what? You can even file a new ticket with Mojo Helpdesk using their own system. So hopefully they'll get back to you as soon as they can if you can't find the answer to your question in the knowledge base.
